Project Description

Sixmile acquired this site with no planning consent. We worked closely with our architects to develop plans to get the project through the planning process. We then sold the site on with planning permisson.

The development which we produced the plans for was a development of three, three bedroom cottages on Reigate Hill. This development consists of three plots, one detached and a pair of semi detached cottages, situated on the approach in to Reigate. These family homes offer quality style homes with 2 Reception rooms, fully fitted kitchens, bathrooms, en-suite to the master bedroom, family bathroom, 2 further bedrooms, car parking and garden. Approximately 1220 sq ft in total.
